The National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is organising the inaugural Singapore International Food Forum (SIFF) in Singapore on 1 & 2 Aug 2024. The SIFF is a scientific platform where international and local researchers and stakeholders from government, industry and academia convene to share and discuss the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in the area of food science and technology. There are 4 themes in focus this year;

  1)   Microbial Safety of Urban Farming Systems and Fresh Produce
  2)   Chemical and Toxicological Perspectives in Food Safety
  3)   AI and Foodomic for Food Safety
  4)   Sustainable Food Processing and Engineering

It is a great opportunity to keep pace with the latest updates and networking with the experts. For presenters, take the chance to showcase your research and win the prize.
