Presentation Guideline

Oral presentation

  • Presentation Time
    • The allotted time for each presentation includes time for Q&A
    • Plenary Speakers: 50 min.
    • Invited Speakers: 30-40 min.
    • Graduate Student Oral Competition : 10-15 min
  • To ensure equal opportunity for all, session chairs will strictly enforce time limits and prevent any author from taking up more than their allocated time.
  • If you plan to use your personal laptop or Mac for your presentation, please inform KoSFoST secretariat in advance.

Young Scientist Lecture Session

  • Deadline for recommendation: May 2, 2024
  • Ph.D. (within 7 years of obtaining their doctoral degree)
  • Submit a recommendation letter from board members of KoSFoST via e-mail (kosfost@kosfost.or.kr).
  • Applicants who are selected will be notified via e-mail, and will be required to submit an abstract.
    The abstract should be prepared in English and not exceed 2,400 characters.

Poster presentation

  • Presentation Time: TBA
  • Board Size : 95cm (width) x 240cm (height), Board color: white
  • The poster title, author(s)'s name(s) and institution(s) should be displayed at the top.
  • The message should be clear and understandable without an oral explanation.
  • Presenters are required to affix their posters prior to the designated presentation time and to remove them promptly afterwards.
  • All posters must be remained on display for the duration of the poster session. Authors are requested to attend at least one hour.
    Outstanding posters will be selected during poster session.
