Abstracts Submission Information

• Abstracts must be submitted online via submission system on the conference website.
• All authors who plan to present must register before submitting their abstract.
• Abstracts should be written in English and no more than 1,200 characters.
  ( ※ Young Scientist Lecture session: 2,400 characters.)
• Abstract submission system does not support tables and images.
• Once an abstract has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, and registration (or pre-registration) cannot be cancelled.

Abstracts Submission Guideline

• To access the 2023 Annual Meeting website, please navigate to the website and select the “abstract submission” option from the menu.
• Abstract should include author names, affiliations and titles, but should not contain keywords, references and acknowledgements.
• Please provide the following details when submitting your abstract:
  • Abstract Information: Please select an appropriate session for your presentation.
  • Title: Please capitalize the first letter of the title.
  • Authors: The name of the presenting author will be automatically marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Affiliation: If the affiliations of the authors are different, authors different from the presenting author should be marked with superscript numeral designation.
  • Body: The abstract text should not exceed 1,200 characters. If you need to use boldface, italics, subscripts and superscripts, please use the corresponding buttons in the submission form.
• We recommend that authors prepare their abstract using Microsoft (MS) words program and copy and paste the text into the on-line submission system, as they will ensure stability and minimize potential submission errors.

Modification of submitted abstract(s)

• Modification is not available to abstract which has been submitted until May 10, 2023.
• Abstract submitted prior to May 10, 2023 are eligible for modification.
• Please note that no amendments will be accepted after the submission deadline.

Copyright Notice

• The works presented or published (such as photos, texts, drawings, videos, etc.) for 2023 KoSFoST International Symposium and Annual Meeting will only be accessible on the Symposium’s website. Sharing or posting the works on other platforms (virtual or physical) or storing them on personal storage devices, including cloud storage, may constitute a copyright violation.
