Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (kosfost3@kosfost.or.kr). Download the
  cancellation form
• All refunds will be processed after the meeting for administrative reasons, and all processing fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
• The registration payment will be refunded if cancellation is made by May 15, 2025. After this date, no refund can be made.
